Members of the "Blue Team" which competed in the 4th Annual "Durwood
Evans Classic" Senior Rescue Competition during the 52nd Annual 2008 North
Carolina Association of Rescue & Emergency Medical Services (NCAREMS)
Convention, which was held in Hickory, N.C. on June 19-22, 2008.

This event was a "Technical Rescue Challenge" in which teams of highly
skilled and experienced Rescue Squad members from throughout North
Carolina competed. The "Blue Team" placed 2nd in the event.
